The subject, Lyvia Liu Zapata has absconded her obligations to her clients. Feb 19 was their last day in the building (PCDP Bank Center) as they are evicted due to unpaid rents and dues. Many of her clients discovered that their application were not lodged or lodged using fraudulent documents.

Lyvia Liu Zapata, together with her spouse Domingo Zapata Jr, and all past and present employees of Strategic Immigration Systems, Inc. are subject to numerous complaints from clients (numbering to more or less 100) who were all conned and swindled in the amount of P250,000 per client. The modus operandi of these %*@$^ people include taking money from clients as professional fees and promising them of permanent visas to Australia or New Zealand, to which, after verification from either the Australian or New Zealand embassies, would turn out to be fake and fraudulent applications. Lyvia Liu Zapata is now in hiding because all her victims are after her and their money. She won't return text messages and attempts to contact her proved futile. Kawawa naman ang mga na-biktima, nagbenta ng mga gamit at ari-arian, umutang sa bumbay kahit na mataas and interest, para lang makabayad ng fees sa kanya at makapag-simula ng magandang buhay sa Australia o New Zealand, pero yun pala, hindi totoong pinasa ni Lyvia Liu Zapata ang mga applications nila. Winaldas at kinulimbat lang ni Lyvia Liu Zapata ang kanilang mga binayad. There are tons of documents to prove this, this is not a baseless accusation. One by one all the victims are coming out in the open. Pretty soon, Lyvia Liu Zapata will be the subject of a manhunt from the authorities of the Philippine Government for the crimes of SYDICATED ESTAFA, FALSIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS etc... Don't deal with these persons!!! Let this serve as a warning to you out there who are into believing that LYVIA LIU ZAPATA will assist you in obtaining visas to Australia and New Zealand!!! She will just get the money from you and will not even bother to file or lodge your application!!! If you believe that you have been victimized by these persons, go straight to the police or NBI to prevent them from victimizing innocent people. Lyvia Liu Zapata can run, BUT SHE CANNOT HIDE! THE LONG ARMS OF THE LAW WILL CATCH UP ON HER. If you know anything about the wherabouts of LYVIA LIU ZAPATA, kindly leave a comment.

ReplyDeleteYes, that is the same Lyvia Zapata - http://www.residencereviewboard.govt.nz. I got denied because I got freaked out during the one on one interview with my case officer...however, she helped me out and my papers was approved already.. di naman lahat pangit about her.. come on guys...

I have known her for almost 5years now and I can say that she is a nice person.. she even process the case of my friend without any amount of money involved.. if you want to talk to her and want to continue processing your papers.. please be kind enough.. she can still help you... I can still remember the times when I decided to exclude my kids and my husband in my application because I can't show any amount of money in the embassy to prove that we are capable to settle there.. but she helped me out.. ReplyDeleteWe foolishly trusted Abby to process my sister's application to migrate to Australia. I am the sponsor so I was able to follow up directly with ASPC in Adelaide. I rang the ASPC every month to follow up and it was then I learnt that the Letter of denial had been sent to her and she didn't inform us. When I finally got a copy of the letter from her, I only had 10 days to appeal. I lodged an appeal with the Review Board myself and did everything on my own from there.Fortuantely after three years of waiting, we finally got the approval. It was a long journey that didn't almost happen because of Abby's negligence. i would like to see her convicted and sent to jail!

Her partner, Pearl Lanuza, left her - and I suspect this is the reason why. I wanted to sue her back then because she would obviously leave me alone at risk in a foreign country. i created this blog to warn people about SIS and Abby. I was a victim then but before Abby went into hiding. I dropped Abby as an agent a week before she disappeared and her office was locked. Reading the comments here would show the similarities in how she cons her clients. My application was also refused without my knowledge. But as she always tells me, "masyado kayong maraming alam, pede na kayong maging agent". I learned of the refusal 9 months after DIAC emailed her. Until the end, she never admitted she received that email. I was 46 when I discovered the refusal, meaning I cannot relodge. But through prayers, persistence and some luck, I was able to make DIAC reverse the decision. I am now fully settled in Sydney. I feel for the others who until this time are still seeking justice and I pray that Abby and her husband be prosecuted soon. God bless everyone.

thing is, i think they started to swindle clients only a year or so before feb 2010.
why i thought its the case is because before i used SIS to process my application, i asked someone whom i know whose immigrant visa is already processed and approved using this agency (SIS).
I was referred to Aby Zapata by Rey Santiago (former finance manager of Atrium Hotel)

Im happy to hear that you are planning to go here, Originally yung agency na naghandle sa akin ay INS Immigration Specialist, pero napabayaan nung nasa middle of the processing na dahil sa internal problems sa agency, kaya yung staff na naghandle ay nagbuo sila ng bagong agency na puro galing din duon sa INS at sila pa rin yung naghandle ng paper ko kahit bayad na ako dun sa original agency, you can contact them at this email sis_inc@lycos.com Pearl and Abby are the persons to talk with, compare to other agency mas mababa yung fees nila at talagang tututukan yung papers mo, you can also inquire on other agency if you have already contacts.
I have just move out from my sister's house and renting together with my officemate, I dont if it can help since I still dont have a place of my own, if my plan will push through, I have i can save enough money for down payment fo a new house by middle of next year next year. but anyway, processing of paper normally takes at least 18 months, yung pinaka mabilis, kaya by the time you are approved to come here, im sure i have my own place na, yung fees na bianayaran ko nuon, P75 yung Prof fee plus all the other fees like Lodging fees (mataas na yata ngayon, during my time P31 ot P35T lpa lang yata nuon, ngayon yata P60T + or more na), assessment fees, I dont know kung magkano nga ngayon, During my time, ang estimate nuon Minimum P125T including Airfare, yung actual umabot ng about P150T. Immigrant Visa yung sa akin, by April next year pwede na akong maging Aus, citizen, two years na ko dito by then. it a good idea to move here, you wont regret it, lots of opportunities here, mahirap nga lang pumunta dito, pero once you're here, Im sure you will like/love it here.

well.. i was too confident im trusting the right agent back then. i even referred this agent to my best friend who has lodged her application last 2009. btw, i lodged my application on 2006. good thing that years 2010 to present has been good to us both (my bestfriend and myself). we are reaping the best fruits of our career when we learnt of what happened. my friend carried no grudge on me towards what happened and i didnt mind it as much as i would have a few years back.
now, i have UK and USA visa. eventhough, i still wanted to check what really happened with my application. and reading all the posts above, i also would like to file a case against them.

And he told me that this girl has been already escaped from her obligations and she went to singapore.
I was planning to visit her hauz in Valenzuela once I Had a free time soon.
